Suki Suki Naturals | New & Improved Formula

We love concocting ingredients in my kitchen and trying them out on my hair and skin. The one mask I find that cleans my pores and stops me from having oiling skin is the Honey and Neem facial mask. I came up with this recipe coincidentally, as I always do, and I love it. It’s quick and easy and you can see immediate results once you’ve rinsed the mask off.

Neem powder has various beauty benefits. Neem is a natural herbal powder derived from the leaves of the Azhadiracta Indica tree. This is an evergreen tree that grows all over India. Neem is a revered tree and its leaves, fruit, bark and twigs are used for multiple medicinal purposes. Neem powder applied topically is a widely used excellent skin care products. Neem is antibacterial, antifungal and helps in relieving various skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis, eczema, athletes foot and dandruff.

Honey’s benefits are that it moisturizes the skin, it protects against damage, it’s an anti-septic and it promotes wound healing.

Tea tree oil is an anti bacterial, anti fungal, anti-septic, it has germicidal properties and it is excellent for treating acne.

Ypu combine these three ingredients and you’ll have a trifecta of pure natural skin goodness.

All you’ll need is 3-4 drops of tea tree oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, neem powder and water, the consistency should be a mud-like. Leave it on for 15 mins/ when the mask is completely dry and rinse with lukewarm water.
